Itinerary

Day 1:  Welcome to Sunny Southern California  

Touch down in Southern California and head to the stylish Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa, your home base for the next few days of unforgettable experiences. Once you've checked in and settled, gather with your fellow travelers for a festive welcome dinner at the hotel as excitement builds for the magical Rose Parade ahead.

Day 2:  Final Touches & Hollywood Glam 

Start your day with a hearty breakfast before heading out to witness the final, delicate touches being added to the spectacular Rose Parade floats. Afterward, indulge in a classic three-course lunch at the iconic Lawry’s The Prime Rib in Beverly Hills. Then it’s lights, cameras, action as you go behind the scenes on a genuine Hollywood studio tour.  

Day 3:  Huntington Beach/Newport Harbor Cruise & A Night to Remember  

Enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast and a relaxed morning in Huntington Beach, known as “Surf City USA” — stroll the iconic pier, browse local shops, or take a leisurely walk on the beach and put your feet in the Pacific. Then it’s off to nearby Newport Harbor for a scenic cruise with lunch served onboard. We’ll return to the hotel with time to freshen up and get ready for tonight’s elegant New Year’s Eve gala celebration. Come evening, ring in the New Year with a glamorous celebration featuring elegant dining, live entertainment, dancing, and a champagne toast complete with party favors. 

Day 4: 139th Tournament of Roses Parade

Rise early for a buffet breakfast, then head to Pasadena for the grand event: the 138th Tournament of Roses Parade! With your reserved premium grand-stand seats, souvenir program, and blanket in hand, you’ll have the best view in the house as the spectacular floats roll by. Afterward, return to the hotel for a festive Backyard Style BBQ lunch, followed by a relaxing afternoon and lively entertainment in the ballroom.

Day 5:   Floatfest Finale & Fond Farewell 

Savor one last breakfast before heading back to Pasadena for Floatfest, where you’ll get an up-close look at the parade’s stunning floral masterpieces. After taking in the beauty one more time, it’s time to say goodbye to new friends and head to the airport for your journey home. 

Please Note - * This tour requires average physical activity. Participants should be in good health, able to climb stairs and walk reasonable distances, possibly over uneven ground or unpaved trails. This tour has early mornings that can be chilly. Come prepared for cold mornings and nights.
